1. Service Description
Rev Scale Reporting (“RSR”) is a subscription-based SaaS platform that ingests Klaviyo and Shopify (or comparable ESP/e-commerce) data to deliver real-time email-marketing analytics, cohort dashboards, and automated reporting for agencies and e-commerce brands. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Access & Delivery
Item Details Provisioning Immediately after checkout you receive an email with an activation link to create your secure workspace. Most users gain full access within 60 seconds.Ongoing access The platform is cloud-hosted; you can log in 24/7 at app.revscalereporting.com with valid credentials. Service interruptions Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 h in advance via in-app banner and email. Uptime target ≥ 99.5 %.

3. Cancellation & Subscription Management
Scenario How to cancel Monthly plan Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges. Annual plan Cancel anytime; service continues until plan expires. We do not refund unused months (see §4), but you can disable auto-renew in Settings. Account owner loss of access Email max@grnthmmedia.com from the original purchase email; we’ll verify identity and assist.

4. Refund Policy
Plan Refund window Monthly 7-day “no-questions” refund from first purchase date. Renewals are not refundable.Annual14-day refund from purchase date. After 14 days the fee is non-refundable. Partial outages If uptime drops below 97 % in a calendar month, affected subscribers may request a prorated credit, not to exceed one month of service.To request a refund, email max@rev-scale.com with your workspace ID and purchase receipt.

Not applicable—RSR delivers intangible digital services. No physical returns are accepted.
